Céline GARCIA started her HR career 2001 with Phoebe, a small IT services company. In 2005, she joined a subsidiary of Alten Technologie (Gist), to create the Loyalty & Knowledge Management Department set up to deploy a policy to retain employee talent and manage employee skills. She spent the next two years touring South America, setting up a support structure for the elderly, and becoming a Mother before joining John Paul (Accor Hotels subsidiary) in 2012 to create the HR function. She was quickly appointed Head of HR for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), working on operational and strategic issues. In 2019, she joined Synetis to structure and develop all HR processes, with an innovative, ambitious and local HR strategy.
Frédéric LE LANDAIS began his career as a consultant in the implementation of identity and access management (IAM) solutions for customers throughout France and Europe. Attracted by functional challenges, he quickly turned to Project-Owner Support providing his customers with a full pallet of consulting services (opportunity studies, scoping, statements of requirements, solution-vetting…), while keeping a foot in the technical reality of projects through his role as integration services manager. He joined SYNETIS to take charge of the IAM offer and contribute to the growth of the company in its positioning as a specialist consultancy.
A specialist ISS techniques and security audits, among other IT issues, Antoine COUTANT began his career with 8 years of R&D in cryptanalysis, followed by 10 years in the field of evaluations, security audits and R&D in two laboratories, accredited by COFRAC and approved by ANSSI. This was followed by two years as Chief Cybersecurity Officer with a software company. In 2019, he joined SYNETIS to take handle the Audits offer but also to actively participate in the development of the firm and its ecosystem.
After studying in the world of security, cryptography and information coding, Rémi HABRAKEN began his professional career by learning the profession of software integrator, then IT project manager. In 2018 he joined Synetis, where he took on the role of Manager, then Practice Manager within the Operational Security team. With activities that originally focused mainly on consulting and integration of security solutions, Rémi now also offers to operate and manage the security of customer information systems through customized SOC / MSSP offers.
Steve VERA started his career in 2007 directly in the field of identity and access management. He was able to make his mark as an expert and then as an architect in charge of the integration of security solutions for the French and the international markets. Thanks to these years spent in the field of cybersecurity, he has acquired solid knowledge and skills, enabling him to support his customers in all areas of IAM (IAG, AM, PAM, CIAM, etc.), whether it be a scoping mission, maturity study, assistance in choosing a solution or solution integration. He joined Synetis in 2019 and is now Practice Manager for Digital Identity. He contributes to the growth of the company in its positioning as the first French independent consulting and expertise firm.
