Eric DEROUET immediately began his professional career in the IT sphere, starting with a year spent in China in international business development, followed by two years as a recruitment consultant in the software package field, and then a year as a profit centre manager. These experiences have enabled him to develop a keen sense of listening to markets, from the identification of needs to the formalization of offers. He then joined a company specialising in secure infrastructures as Sales Director and then as a partner for five years. He has demonstrated his ability to manage sales and lead a network of partners, while developing solid managerial experience within Synetis.
Rémi FOURNIER chooses an operational position as a System and Security Engineer in a large French administration and then quickly turns to the service profession as a security consultant. Initially brought to work on integration projects, his adaptability and his keen sense of customer satisfaction led him to take charge of integration teams and then to move into the consulting business. After 9 years’ experience in the security industry, Rémi FOURNIER chose the path of entrepreneurship and teamed up with two other well-known professionals to launch Synetis, a dynamic and innovative company in the image of its three founders. As head of the Consulting Division, he is also involved in Synetis’ marketing and sales development.

Céline GARCIA took the path of Human Resources in 2001 when she joined Phoebe, a small IT services company. In 2005, she joined a subsidiary of Alten Technologie (Gist), to create the Loyalty and Knowledge Management department, with the aim of implementing a talent retention and skills management policy. She spent the next two years touring South America, setting up a support structure for the elderly and having a baby before joining John Paul (Accor Hotels subsidiary) in 2012 to create the HR function there. She was quickly appointed HR Director for the EMEA zone and worked on both operational and strategic issues. In 2019, she joins the Synetis adventure to structure and develop all HR processes, with an innovative, ambitious and local HR strategy.
Steve VERA began his career in 2007 directly in the field of identity and access management. He cut his teeth as an expert, then as an architect in charge of integrating security solutions for the French and international markets. Thanks to his years of experience in the cybersecurity field, he has acquired solid knowledge and skills, enabling him to support his customers in all aspects of IAM (IAG, AM, PAM, CIAM…), from scoping missions to maturity studies, solution selection assistance and solution integration. He joined Synetis in 2019 and today holds the position of Practice Manager Digital Identity. In particular, he contributes to the company’s growth in its position as France’s leading independent consulting and appraisal firm.
Expert in SSI techniques and security audits, among other things, Antoine COUTANT began his career with 8 years of R&D in cryptanalysis, followed by 10 years in evaluation, security auditing and R&D at two COFRAC-accredited laboratories approved by ANSSI. This was followed by two years with a software developer as Cyber Security Director. In 2019, he joins SYNETIS to be in charge of the Audit offer but also to actively participate in the firm’s influence and the development of the ecosystem.
Frédéric LE LANDAIS began his career as a consultant implementing identity and access management solutions for various customers in France and Europe. Attracted by functional problems, he quickly turned to Project Owner Assistance missions to support his clients in all consulting services (opportunity study, scoping study, expression of needs, help in choosing solutions, etc.), while keeping a foot in the technical reality of projects via a role in steering integration services. He joined SYNETIS in 2017 and today holds the position of Operations Director, helping to grow the company in its positioning as the leading independent IS security consultancy.
After completing his studies in security, cryptography and information coding, Rémi HABRAKEN began his career as a software integrator, then as an IT project manager. In 2018, he joined Synetis, where he took on the role of Manager, then Practice Manager within the Operational Security team. With activities originally focused mainly on consulting and integration of security solutions, Rémi now also offers to operate and manage the security of customer information systems through tailor-made SOC / MSSP offerings.
