Synetis Global Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy
SYNETIS’ CSR policy aims at structuring and developing its commitment to sustainable development.
The CSR policy reflects a triple challenge for the firm: act responsibly with respect to its environment and ecosystem; foster good-quality relations with its partners; make sure that the firm is compliant with CSR regulations in force.

A company project
Our CSR policy reflects the collection of responsible professional practices and behaviors, with the underlying objective of making continuous progress on the following 4 main commitments:
- Be a responsible and committed employer (signature of the diversity charter)
- Show our stakeholders that we are fully compliant with rules of governance, transparency and ethics
- Promote equal opportunities and non-discrimination
- Limit our environmental footprint
CSR is everyone’s business
Synetis employees are more than welcome to get involved in the ongoing development and implementation of our CSR policy:
- Through sponsorship activities to promote equal opportunities and non-discrimination:
- For the association Les Apprentis d’Auteuil, which has provided education and training opportunities for over 13,000 teenagers and difficulty helping them to successfully integrate society, while helping their families embrace their parental responsibilities.
- For the association Les Restos du Cœur, which organizes and provides voluntary assistance to the underprivileged, particularly in the area of food by providing access to free meals, and by participating in their social and economic integration, as well as other measures to combat poverty in all its forms.
2. By participating in meetings and workshops with partner associations, in terms of:
- good eco-gestures,
- gender equality in companies and in advanced scientific studies,
- awareness-raising workshops to get people with disabilities more involved in the workforce,
- Employee information and awareness, outsourced to our partner THPartnerH.
By contributing to the development of the firm’s ethical approach by escalating real-life cases and concrete situations.
3. Voluntary policy implemented:
Synetis has been a signatory of the Diversity Charter since May 2018 and collaborates with the RQTH (employment of people recognized as disabled workers). In addition, all our employees receive the same treatment in terms of wages and working conditions. HR runs follow-up meetings each month so that each employee has the opportunity to express his or her views. In addition, each employee is monitored by an HR reference person and a manager to promote career development.
Synetis, with a view to constantly improving working conditions, annually voluntarily separates itself to self-questioning by requesting its employees to complete and return the ChooseMyCompany 2018 questionnaire, managed externally. Once again, Synetis has received accreditation in the HappyIndex®AtWork! category. The results, available to all, were as follows: Overall score: 4.3 / 5 and recommendation rate: 82.8%. The French ranking score was 8.6.
4. Corporate Ethics
At SYNETIS, we have an unwavering commitment to faultless Corporate Ethics. We have made our Corporate Social Responsibility goals quantifiable and objective things to Ambition 2020 plan.
This proactive approach obliges us to define precise action plans… … but not just… since, because of our consulting business, the social aspect, embodied in our human resources strategy, occupies a fundamental place in our CSR policy. Furthermore, because of the low impact of our activity on the environment, we make social considerations a key part of our CSR policy.
All our initiatives involve all of our employees. Whether they be carried out by our corporate sponsorship with the Perce Neige associations, the Apprentis d’Auteuil and the Restos du Coeur, we believe that CSR is a matter of concern and commitment for all.
We work primarily to promote equal opportunity, fight discrimination and guarantee our stakeholders a strict framework of ethics and transparency.
5. Listening to employees
- For more than 10 years now, Synetis employees are asked to participate in a 360° satisfaction survey.
- Total transparency: the results are communicated to everyone!
- A concrete response is given to wishes expressed by employees;
- A commitment charter enacted by us right from onboarding, backed up by genuine and ongoing dialog between the head office and the teams.
6. Participate in a respectful management of resources
In fact, our environmental footprint is already small because of the nature of our business as a provider of consulting services. That said, we still work to keep our footprint small through by a real commitment to preserving resources on a daily basis:
- Premises systematically chosen for their proximity to public transport
- Widespread use of video-conferencing between our offices
- Objective of 5% annual reduction in electricity consumption in our offices
- Progressive implementation of selective sorting
- Documents and emails printed only if necessary
7. Some of the main CSR actions implemented by SYNETIS
Our CSR policy reflects the collection of responsible professional practices and behaviors, with the underlying objective of making continuous progress on the following 4 main commitments:
- be a responsible and committed employer,
- show our stakeholders that we are fully compliant with rules of governance, transparency and ethics,
- promote equal opportunities and non-discrimination,
- limit our environmental footprint.
Since our creation, we have been pursuing a social policy based on respect for individuals, equity and solidarity. Every year, the company takes new measures that reinforce these choices. In addition, we devote significant funds to employee-training with the permanent concern to promote their professional and personal development.
SYNETIS has implemented a very active patronage policy. In particular, we support three associations close to our values: Les apprentis d’Auteuil, Perce Neige and les Restos du cœur.
